Rules in Complex Environments

For along while I’ve been thinking about the topic of rules in the face of a VUCA world — I’ve been wanting to write a SCUBA blog post on it. A couple weeks back a tragic incident in San Francisco unfolded that provide an opportune moment to introduce this concept. Here is the article from LinkedIN. Though, not specifically a SCUBA article, there is quite a bit of translation. I look forward to more discussion and incorporating some of these learning into my classes.
